Having spent years working within Ireland’s built environment and property sectors, Patrick experienced first-hand how fragmented and inaccessible planning information was — even for seasoned industry professionals.
Recognising a clear opportunity, he set out to build a platform that unifies Ireland’s planning data, transforms it into meaningful insight, and empowers everyone from homeowners to large enterprises to make informed, confident decisions.
Today, Planify provides a suite of intelligent tools — from live planning alerts and pre-planning reports to custom analytics dashboards — that deliver transparency and efficiency to an industry long hindered by complexity.
